Bushwacked by a virus..

We're sad to say that our production of Calamity Jane will not be going ahead. It's an ambitious (and frankly expensive) show to do and we need something simpler and cheaper for our comeback production.  Which is not to say it won't be great. It just won't break the bank if we are once again forced to cancel.

I wrote to all our customers who bought tickets for Calamity Jane if they would like a refund or are happy for us to keep the money as a donation.  I'm very glad to say that we had a great many donations. In fact almost half the ticket money was donated. Thank you.

We not making any more refunds

After four emails to the accounts registered at the time of purchase, there are still a handful who have not responded.

We can't keep them as creditors on our books for ever so, from 1st February 2021, we will consider their ticket money as a donation.

Which, I hope, is what they intended us to do all along.
