We will be presenting The Pirates of Penzance at Stantonbury Theatre on the 1st to 4th May 2024. If you have ever considered treading the boards yourself, this is your opportunity!

Shona Gilchrist and David Anstice-Pim will lead a fun introductory evening to give you the chance to discover what is involved in being part of this amazing production. You don't need to be a member of Wolverton Gilbert and Sullivan Society to come along. There will be music, laughter, tea and biscuits

The Wolverton Light Orchestra's famous Christmas Concert is at Stantonbury on Sunday 10th December and Wolverton Gilbert and Sullivan Society are once again providing rehearsal facilities for the choir.

There will be five rehearsals alternating between Fridays and Wednesdays. It would be marvelous if you can come to all five, but don't rule yourself out if you can't make all of them.  All the music will be published on this website with audio files for each voice part so you can learn whenever you want.

This will be our second G&S under the baton of the brilliant David Anstice-Pim. He led us in HMS Pinafore in May 2023 to much acclaim.

Dave is joined by Shona Gilchrist who is new to directing us but certainly not new to G&S. We are delighted to welcome her as an experienced and innovative director of Gilbert and Sullivan opera.
