Wolverton G&S are providing choir rehearsal facilities for this annual feast of festive music.

We are delighted that Mike Crofts has entrusted us with recruiting and rehearsing a choir for his Wolverton Light Orchestra’s Christmas Concert.

The venue

The concert is at Stantonbury theatre on Sunday 7th December starting at 7:30 pm. There will be a rehearsal with the orchestra in the afternoon.

Rehearsals

The rehearsals are on Fridays and Wednesdays.

Rehearsals begin at 7:30 pm on Friday 21st November at West End United Church, Wolverton under the baton of Kim Bennett. Our second rehearsal venue is Christ Church, Stantonbury on Wednesdays.

We urge you to attend all five rehearsals if at all possible but don’t rule yourself out if you can’t, especially if you are a more confident singer.

Who can be in the choir?

This a free event open to all singers. You don’t need to be able to read music either.

All the vocal lines are here for you to practise.

The scores are freely available to download and view on your phone or tablet.

There will be limited supply of printed copies for people who don’t have the hardware to view or print their music.
